While we hope you will continue to support Equal Life, we fulfill all Order Cancellation requests from our customers. We do not process Purchase Cancellation requests if your order has already been dispatched or handed over to our logistic partners for delivery.
NOTE:
- Order cancellation requests are typically processed between 2 to 12 hours.
- Following cancellation, a payment refund instruction will be issued back to the payment gatewat.
- The refund credit may take 2 to 5 days to appear, depending on the payment gateway processing timelines.
